Editing dropdown choices on an existing form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The individual-field update saves the editable field's options directly; it does not require changing the campaign to Draft or recreating the form. Open the correct pre- or post-payment field, remove only the intended choices, save the field and verify the public form. Keep the field label/identifier and campaign name unchanged when the goal is only to remove choices. Immutable fields cannot be edited through this path. School-field bulk editing can affect multiple selected forms and may run in the background; confirm the selected scope.

This update path does not mean every interface's exact button labels or historical-response/report behavior. Export relevant responses and have support review those effects when changing a live field used for reporting; do not delete and recreate it as a substitute for editing its choices.
