Countries at the top of the standard country dropdown on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The standard country dropdown places a preferred group above a separator and then the full country list. Its default preferred group includes United States, Canada and United Kingdom. This does not provide a per-form drag-to-reorder control. If those countries do not appear near the top, support should inspect the actual field/template and deployment configuration rather than instructing the school to add duplicate country options.
