Additional gift-notification recipients need confirmed accounts

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Adding an email to Additional Recipients does not create an account. Have the intended recipient sign up with that exact email and complete email confirmation, then save/select the address in the campaign/form administrator notification settings. The recipient query excludes guest and admin-link accounts and accounts without confirmed email. If a confirmed eligible account still receives no new-gift notices, inspect the actual gift and delivery with support; do not assume backfill of historical notices.
