Add a year to an affiliation dropdown

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

In School-Level Settings > Affiliations, edit the intended affiliation. For a Years dropdown, adjust the start/end range to include the required year; for custom options, add the needed option. Preserve existing choices, save and preview the relevant form.

A school affiliation change does not prove the form offers that affiliation or overrides no fields. Verify the actual dropdown rather than creating a duplicate affiliation for one new year.
