Resolve Gifts to Review and distinguish skipped exports from refunds

How to use

Open Gifts to Review when the school’s Blackbaud export configuration enables it. Inspect the gift/registration’s export-row errors and resolve the specific missing or invalid data. Use Refresh to load current data, then inspect the updated state.

Rules

The refresh flow queues larger batches and asks the user to check back later. The “skip all” actions mark export rows skipped and cancel affected export-run records with a skipped-gift reason. They do not constitute donor refunds or cancellation of a recurring gift.

Troubleshooting

Collect the gift/registration ID, export row/run ID, error, and whether the record is in review or pending export. Do not use Skip All merely to make an error disappear; it changes the export outcome. If the interface reports the row disappeared during an error, follow the displayed support guidance rather than creating a duplicate gift.
