Joint donor edit fields can be hidden by form configuration

These steps are for administrators with permission to manage gifts.

On the Manage Gifts details page, Joint Donor Name and Joint Year appear under Additional Information when joint giving is enabled in the form or school’s optional fields. The constituent spouse relationship is a different record. Check form/school configuration and gift-edit access if the field disappears; do not change unrelated relationship data to force a joint gift. If your interface differs, ask Support to review the available fields.
