Waitlist button wording

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The built-in public Join Waitlist button and waitlist submit label are fixed text in the templates, without a per-event label setting. An editable invitation email can explain that the event is full and use customized link/button wording, but that does not rename the native public waitlist button.
