Inactive recurring templates do not universally silence notifications on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

These messages do not share one universal off switch. Annual recurring-gift reminders use an active annual-reminder template for the originating form or campaign and eligible subscriptions scheduled three days ahead. Ask Support to confirm the exact template scope and supported way to deactivate these reminders in your interface. Recurring Gift Ended is generated by the subscription ending and falls back to standard content when no custom template is found; deactivating or deleting its custom copy does not stop that notification. The campaign editor offers editing/activation, not a general per-message mute. Do not replace a required notification with a blank template or assume Draft stops all delivery.
