Gift Designation in the receipt

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The receipt's Gift Designation line is generated from the gift's stored designation selections and the form's designation setup; it is not a free-text recipient name. A form that offers designations but has no saved selection can show None Selected. Correct the actual selection/settings through the supported gift/form workflow rather than replacing the receipt text with a fictitious designation.

The receipt organization name and standard tax text in this template come from school-level settings. Those differ from campaign-specific email content. Identify which element needs changing before editing: changing shared school receipt details can affect other campaigns, while editing a campaign email does not inherently replace the generated designation line.
