In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

A standalone giving form used to collect membership-program gifts is not necessarily a Membership product form. Confirm the actual form type before applying membership limitations. For missing ask buttons inspect one-time versus recurring settings, saved clone, personalization and the preview URL; do not repeatedly tell a user they have a membership form after they clarify otherwise.
