Finding every form that uses a designation

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The school-level designation CSV lists name, backend identifier, GiveCampus ID, hidden status and write-in status; it does not list every form using each fund. The campaign-local usage view shows references such as leaderboards, matches/challenges, tiers and conditional templates within that campaign, not a school-wide form inventory. To identify all forms using those particular records, Support needs to inspect the school’s designation-to-form assignments, including group assignments. Match by GiveCampus ID as well as name/backend code so similarly named funds are not conflated.
