In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Yes. An authorized administrator can use Online Giving → Administrators → Notifications to select the appropriate donation-notification recipients. For one campaign/form use its own donation-notification settings instead. Confirm the intended account email and notification category; receipt of an alert does not grant access to edit gifts.
