Change a question's label without renaming its report field on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

In the additional-field editor, label and the reporting title are separate attributes. A label-only update does not itself rename the stored title used to identify the report field. Keep the report title/key unchanged when the intent is only clearer wording, then preview and inspect a sample report. This is not a guarantee about every external integration: confirm any mapping that depends on displayed text.

Changing the report title, input type or choice values is a different change with possible data/reporting consequences. Immutable fields can reject edits, and designation fields also have special required/summary-label behavior. Do not assume that moving a tribute question between payment stages makes it supported by Autofill.
