Add a tax ID or change the receipt heading

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The standard receipt block does not automatically add an institution's tax ID. Add the institution-approved text to the editable gift-receipt template where appropriate and test it; do not assume changing a fixed token label changes its internals. The transactional Events receipt block uses the school's configured tax-receipt name, falling back to the school name. The separate Outreach Event Tax Receipt token instead uses the school name without a leading ‘The’; it does not read that tax-receipt-name setting. Identify the message type before requesting a heading change. The School-Level Tax Receipts name editor is available to GiveCampus staff, and changing it affects the applicable transactional receipt scope; it is not a way to rename the Outreach token heading.

The fixed Tax Receipt token's introductory sentence and address row are rendered by the application, not individually editable fields in the template editor. Its address can be omitted in a particular personalization context; that is not a general remove-address toggle. Use supported editable content and review the exact template with support for a different layout. The token may be blank when it is unavailable for that message type or cannot render.
