For GiveCampus Gift Officer users. Your role and school configuration determine the available portfolio, school-wide and administrative controls.

How to use

Use the AI assistant or constituent-summary generation where available and provide the context requested by the interface. Review outputs against the underlying constituent records before saving, sharing, or acting on them.

Administrators can manage AI Profiles, activate/default profiles, and run tests. Personal writing examples and school text replacements are separate settings. Agent Hub exposes escalations and the available promote/reassign-to-agent actions for authorized staff.

Troubleshooting

A generated summary or draft is not a constituent fact, sent email, or completed task. Check the operation’s actual result and source context. For unexpected wording, identify the active profile and examples rather than assuming the same configuration applies school-wide.

Account-specific settings

Agent capabilities, autonomous actions, escalation triggers, and profile precedence are dependent on your configuration. Ask your administrator or Support which AI actions are enabled for your institution before relying on automated execution.
