Collect a student video and share it with donors

For GiveCampus Video users with access to the relevant school and video page.

Collect the student’s video through your institution’s approved file-sharing process. An authorized GC Video editor can upload the file, prepare and launch the video page, then share its public link in an email.

Where enabled, authorized VMS volunteers can create or upload their own video page. That requires volunteer access; it is not an anonymous public-upload link. If you need a public recording-request workflow, ask your account team about available options. Do not grant broad administrator access solely to collect a video.
