Giving-form header logo size

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The shared giving-form header renders the logo with max-height 50 px and max-width 250 px. Increasing image resolution alone does not enlarge that fixed display slot. Crop unnecessary surrounding whitespace so the visible artwork uses the canvas effectively; a larger layout slot requires support/product review rather than an invented size setting.
