Giving form images absent on phone

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The classic form intentionally omits step background images on mobile devices. That does not mean all images, such as logos or inline content, should disappear. Identify the missing image type and form version; support needs the actual form or screenshot to determine whether this instance is normal background behavior or an image problem.
