Fixed percentage allocation versus donor-selected splits

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The multi-designation selector stores monetary amounts for the selected funds. When the overall amount changes, its redistribution logic preserves the existing selection ratios; if all selected values are zero, it divides evenly. This does not mean a configurable rule that automatically adds General Athletics and enforces 10% there whenever any sport is chosen.

Do not assume that a disclaimer or a 90/10 example enforces an allocation. If the intended requirement is always 90% to the chosen sport and 10% to a general fund, have support and the school's authorized advancement/finance team confirm the supported configuration or an explicitly approved downstream allocation process. Donor-editable split amounts and a school accounting rule are different, and merely relabeling a fund does not create the split.
