Featured designation buttons are not a link-specific override

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Autofill designation parameters select values; they do not replace the form's featured-above-dropdown layout for each recipient. Featured flags belong to the form's designation nodes/overrides. Use separate audience-specific forms for different featured pairs without preselection, or retain one shared layout and use preselection if appropriate.
