Exporting the designation catalog

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

School-Level Settings → Designations offers a CSV export containing name, backend identifier, GiveCampus ID, hide and write-in values. The export does not include description text. Search affects the export, so clear the search when requesting the full catalog. A description-inclusive extract needs another authorized solution or an enhancement. Gift reports are not equivalent to a catalog of every designation, including unused ones.
