Donor-facing names that share an accounting identifier

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

School designation setup separates Name from Backend Identifier. The settings does not require a backend identifier to be unique across differently named designations, so distinct club-facing choices can share a finance-approved identifier. This does not automatically allocate funds between clubs or transfer money to separate bank accounts. Confirm CRM matching and preserve the selected designation/name in reporting so finance can reconcile the intended club allocation. Test the downstream integration before a broad rollout.
