Designation sample CSV link returns XML

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

That XML browser notice is not enough to identify a role problem. The Sample CSV link points directly to a hosted file rather than a role-specific CSV generator; inspect the actual XML error code and asset URL with Support. The current upload UI lists this header: name,backend_identifier,write_in,group,program_priority,group_name1,group_name2,group_name3,description. Use the current downloadable template and its instructions to confirm row formatting; the header alone does not validate your upload. The live asset response is needed to repair the download or provide the sample file.
