Change the visible heading and introductory text after cloning on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The form editor exposes Form Heading and Form Text; the Pre-Payment Form screen uses these for the introductory donor-facing content. Edit the intended stage, save and preview. The visible heading and the form's administrative name are separate settings. The Pre-Payment Form screen limits the heading to 100 characters and introductory text to 500; these are not limits for a donor's answer to a custom question, and other editors can differ.
