Background images across all three giving steps

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The older Giving Form Background Image control recommends landscape PNG/JPG/JPEG artwork at least 1200 × 500 pixels. The newer pre-payment, payment and post-payment background controls do not mean a different mandatory aspect ratio for each step. Their upload processing constrains the longest dimension to 1200 pixels, and the server derivatives fit within 1200 × 1200; this is not a requirement for square artwork.

Desktop backgrounds use cover, so screen proportions can crop edges. Use high-quality landscape artwork that tolerates cropping, adjust Background Image Position on each step, and review all actual donor pages plus mobile behavior. A settings preview cannot guarantee every screen shows the entire image.
