Archiving forms with existing pledges

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Archiving a Giving Form does not itself pause or cancel its existing pledges or recurring subscriptions. The archive action changes form state/visibility; the recurring scheduler selects eligible subscriptions by their own status and schedule without excluding an archived parent form. Existing scheduled payments therefore remain subject to their normal subscription/payment eligibility. An unpaid manual commitment is still a commitment, not a newly scheduled charge. To stop future payments, use the supported subscription cancellation/change workflow separately; archiving is not a substitute.
