Manage staff, teams, analytics, and gift-officer settings

For GiveCampus Gift Officer users. Your role and school configuration determine the available portfolio, school-wide and administrative controls.

How to use

Use Analytics for the available My, Team, Gift Officer, and School activity-overview views. Some configurations also expose My Analytics, Manager Dashboard, or School Dashboard. Choose the scope and filters matching the question.

Use Staff Management and School Settings for staff/roles, teams, general settings, custom labels, contact methods, metrics groups, notification settings, shared views, templates, and permitted email domains. My Settings contains individual preferences and connections.

Troubleshooting

Metric visibility and staff-management permission are separate. If numbers differ, compare date filters, team/portfolio membership, metric configuration, and source data. Do not describe every activity metric as a donation or assume personal preferences override school policy.
