Replace or remove a video placeholder; change its email appearance

For GiveCampus Video users with access to the relevant school and video page.

GC Video page Branding and Content offers a Video placeholder image upload for replacement. The editor and permitted update fields do not expose a remove-thumbnail control; ask support to clear an existing asset when removal is required. This is separate from the email layout. The legacy Outreach Insert Video Link inserts a linked thumbnail image; use a supported custom linked image or ordinary text/button pointing to the shareable video page for a different appearance, then test the received message.
