Registrant notes versus seating management

Open Events → Events → select your event → Registrations.

A registrant note exists for offline-import rows and is displayed on the admin registration detail, but the ordinary registration editor does not offer a general note-update field for arbitrary online registrations. The offline Notes column is not a complete seating-management feature. These requests can be recorded for product review without promising a delivery date.
