Refund versus RSVP status

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The event refund modal explicitly directs administrators to the Registrations tab to change associated guests' RSVP status. A full or partial refund updates payment/refund reporting; it should not be treated as automatically marking guests not attending. Review each affected guest and update attendance separately when that is the intended outcome. Refund and attendance changes must each be confirmed.
