Record a decline received outside GiveCampus for an event

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

When the event enables RSVP No, use its RSVP No form with the invitee's first name, last name and email to record the response on their behalf. This creates a Not Attending record for a new decline; it does not cancel an already completed registration. The public form triggers the configured decline confirmation/admin-notification paths and has no per-submission suppress-email field, so do not assume a silent entry. Check event email settings before using it when notifications matter.
