Checkbox true, false and blank differ on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The checkbox controls submit true when checked and false when explicitly unchecked. Blank indicates no stored value, not automatically an unchecked answer: the gift may predate the field, use another form/version or lack the relevant completed step. For a name-sharing permission question, only the actual affirmative response establishes the recorded permission; review anomalous blanks against history.
