Changing the campaign backup destination to another giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

GiveCampus support can change the school’s Campaign Backup Form ID to another existing same-school form in GiveCampus-only settings. The update validates that the form belongs to that school. Confirm the intended target is active and test the relevant source links. Archived forms route through the school Donate page, which may have a separate active campaign override; direct backup fallback paths use the configured backup ID. Changing one school Donate override does not by itself establish all fallback behavior.
