Build giving forms and reusable questions

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

How to use

Open Online Giving → Giving Forms (or Forms), select the form, and open its available form editor. The feature separates pre-payment, payment, and post-payment surfaces. Put each question in the intended stage and review the complete donor flow.

Field controls support ordering, required flags, grouping, and removal in the relevant editor. School-Level Settings includes Reusable Form Fields; campaign/form settings can differ from school defaults. Preview before sharing.

Troubleshooting

A question collected after payment is not evidence that payment failed when it remains unanswered. A school-level reusable field and its use on a particular form are different objects; inspect the actual form before assuming a school setting applies everywhere.
