Create, launch, archive, and restore a GC Video page

For GiveCampus Video users with access to the relevant school and video page.

How to use

Open GC Video → Pages, create or edit a page, add the video and page content, and review the intended call to action. Use Launch when ready and verify the resulting public page.

Before you begin

A video must be present before launch. A duplicate page name can be rejected. Returning a page to draft takes it offline. Archiving is separate from returning to draft; restoring an eligible archived page returns it to draft and opens its editor, so review and relaunch it when appropriate.

The editor can associate supported campaign/giving-form/event destinations. Check the selected destination and its availability before sharing.

Troubleshooting

A video upload/URL existing and a launched video page are different states. If Launch fails, verify that the page recognizes the video and inspect the displayed error. Product access is required; missing access is not fixed by uploading again.
