Why Publish Event is missing or disabled

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The overview shows the Publish Event section only when the event is in Draft and has an event image, contact name, contact email, and either a location name or Virtual selected. A missing background image is not the same check as the required event image. Complete the actual missing fields, save and return to the overview.

When those readiness conditions pass, publish permission is checked separately. An unauthorized user sees a disabled button with a permission explanation. Another draft showing Publish does not prove this draft has the same readiness data. Support must inspect the actual event if all requirements appear satisfied; do not publish an unrelated copy to work around it.
