Understand the individual ticket selector label

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

In the guest-attendee ticket selector, the prompt Select your ticket is fixed UI text rather than an event-configurable label. Renaming a ticket type does not mean that this prompt will change. Use clear ticket-type names and descriptions for the available choices.

Ticket types and ticket packages are separate parts of registration. Do not assume that creating two ticket types automatically creates two top-level package buttons. If a school needs separate golfer/sponsor choices or another particular layout, support should review the actual package composition, availability and guest flow before recommending that configuration. This article does not mean a universal workaround using one-person packages.
