Share a public event registration link without requiring an account

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Use the published event's public event/registration URL, not the administrator editor or preview link. Open it while signed out to verify the intended visitor experience. The new-registration flow supports a guest user and does not require ordinary GiveCampus account login.

The event must still be active with registration open and satisfy capacity, waitlist and any relevant eligibility checks. Testing while signed in as an administrator can expose preview behavior that an ordinary visitor does not have.

Editing an existing registration is a different operation: it can require the appropriate authenticated user or an eligible private edit token when guest editing is enabled. Do not share a registrant's private edit link as the public registration URL. Confirm the event is active and use its current public URL.
