Reuse event email templates without a school-wide defaults editor

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The event setup creates per-event confirmation and summary templates from application defaults; it does not use a school-editable global template. Cloning an event can copy its existing template content, so a reviewed template event is a supported reuse option, with dates/tokens/content checked before publishing. A global default editor remains a feature request.
