Report check-in for a specific activity

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Open the relevant activity's guest list and export its guests. The activity report's Checked In? value comes from that activity's ticket, so it differs from overall event check-in. Clear a name/email search before exporting the full activity list; the export preserves its search/sort scope and is not limited to the visible page.

In a custom Activities report, use activity_checked_in and activity_checked_in_at for the session. guest_checked_in and guest_checked_in_at refer to the base attendee's overall check-in. Filter the intended activity and count the checked-in records for that scope. Missing check-ins on activities that did not use check-in should not be interpreted as proof that nobody attended.
