Registration notification recipients are not paid-only

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Standard administrator registration notifications require a completed registration, enabled notifications and configured recipients; they do not filter recipients to paid registrations only. A Business Office needing paid-only activity should use the appropriate payment/reporting process rather than expecting the registration notification list to exclude free RSVPs.
