Registrant-name tokens differ between confirmations and Outreach

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The event confirmation-template replacement supports $EVENT_REGISTRANT_FIRST_NAME$ and $EVENT_REGISTRANT_LAST_NAME$. Outreach's seeded tokens are instead $EventRegistrant_First_Name$ and $EventRegistrant_Last_Name$. Do not copy a token from one editor into the other and assume it will be interpreted there.

For an event Outreach/sequence, insert Registrant First Name and Registrant Last Name from that editor's token menu and review the actual recipient values. Its generator reads the corresponding Event Registration. If an unsupported token is visible literally in a test, do not assume that registration or the final send will automatically repair it. Verify the recipient source and available values as well as the exact token spelling.
