Reducing a purchased add-on quantity

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The paid-registration interface does not expose a direct decrease of a purchased add-on quantity. The add action increases a matching reserved add-on quantity; the removal action removes the add-on registration rather than accepting a replacement quantity. A partial refund changes money, not the stored number of rooms. Use Support to reconcile the purchased quantity, inventory and refund/replacement together instead of assuming a refund or a 100%-off replacement automatically fixes both. Removal can send a removal notice and registrant summary, so it is not a silent quantity edit.
