Transactional emails and optional registrant affiliation

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Event registration confirmations and configured reminders do not require an Outreach sequence. Initial registration completion normally sends the confirmation; an additional registration purchase sends a summary unless the initial-email suppression option applies. Configured reminders go to complete registrations with attending attendees on an active event. They are sent to the registrant, not automatically to every guest. When someone registers on another person's behalf, keep Registrant Information and guest/attendee details distinct. The registrant affiliation requirement can be made optional independently of the guest affiliation requirement.
