Ticket package deletion and accounting locks

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The package cannot be deleted when non-incomplete package registrations exist, or when it is the only visible ticket option. Price and fair-market-value edits are blocked once non-incomplete package registrations exist. A demo may have created real/reserved records; review those dependencies with support before cleanup. Do not assume canceling/refunding or archiving erases every issued-ticket dependency.
