Simple-to-complex conversion and existing URL for an event

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Simple versus Complex is selected at event creation. The ordinary update form does not expose event-type conversion, so do not assume a self-service switch that preserves an already-shared URL and its registrations. If only an agenda is needed, existing event content may be sufficient; otherwise have support assess migration before replacing a published event.
