Replace an attendee's activity

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The management flow adds an eligible activity for the intended guest and removes the old activity ticket; it is not an in-place rename of the purchased ticket. Confirm capacity, ticket restrictions and any price difference before completing the updated registration. Verify the final summary and attendance in both activities.

The registrant-facing removal action rejects paid activity tickets and permits eligible free-ticket removal. Administrators have a separate removal action. For a paid activity, have the organizer review the supported removal/refund and replacement purchase process; do not assume that the paid amount automatically transfers as credit to the new activity.
