Registration email resend versus historical copies

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The registration detail screen offers Send Registration Summary Email. This queues a new summary email, not a historical copy viewer. A gift-style historical email-body view is not exposed by that registration workflow. For troubleshooting what a person previously received, obtain the received message and time; a newly rendered preview or resend is not evidence of the earlier content. A historical-copy viewer can be requested as an enhancement.
