Registrant-only questions versus hidden integration fields

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Registration Questions collect one answer from the primary registrant and are stored with the registration; attendee/ticket questions collect per-attendee answers. To omit a question from each attendee’s form while still collecting it once, use Registration Questions. This is not a hidden/admin-only field. The custom-field editor has no arbitrary admin-only visibility toggle; hidden integration metadata requires a separately supported mapping/design.
