Yes. Use the event’s supported offline-registration import workflow/current template to record the attendee and correct ticket type for payment already received outside GC. Review validation/capacity and payment-source reporting; the offline registration does not charge the donor’s card again. Confirmation delivery depends on the event’s offline-registration email setting. If using an individual admin-entry screen, confirm its payment route rather than completing a second online charge.
